What settings can I choose?
Four. First the ride. Then the model tier, then the resolution (480p, 720p, 1080p, depending on the tier), then the screen shape: 9:16, 1:1, 16:9. It starts on Standard, 720p and 9:16, which costs 10 credits. Higher tiers and sizes cost more.
Which model tier and resolution should I pick, and what do they cost?
Credits are per 12-second video, and they range from 5 to 93. A resolution a tier does not offer shows a dash. Packs start at $6.99 for 10 credits, and the pricing page has every pack and plan.

What happens if a render fails?
The credits come back automatically. If a render fails or is blocked, Tesla AI Video returns exactly the credits it took, so you can try again with a different photo. Credit packs themselves are one-off payments and are not refunded in money. Photos of celebrities, public figures and minors are blocked.
