Failed or blocked renders
If a video fails to render or is blocked, the credits spent on it are returned to your account automatically. You do not need to contact us. This is a return of credits, not a cash refund.
Credit packs
- Credit packs never expire.
- Credit packs are not refundable. All purchases are final, whether or not the credits have been used.
- Credits spent on videos that rendered successfully are not refundable.
Results you are not happy with
AI video varies from one render to the next. A clip that rendered but shows imperfect hands, a small change in likeness or a detail you would have preferred otherwise is a completed render. If something clearly went wrong, for example there is no flip at all, the subject is replaced by someone or something else, or the file will not play, email us with the video and we will take a look.
Problems with a purchase
If you were charged twice, charged without receiving credits, or the law where you live gives you a right to a refund that cannot be excluded, email support@teslaaivideo.com from the address on your account with the date of the purchase. Payments are handled by Waffo. When a purchase is reversed, the credits from it are removed from your account.
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. Most problems are quicker to fix by email.
Plans (subscriptions)
- Plans renew automatically, monthly or yearly, until you cancel. Each payment adds that period's credits to your account; a yearly plan adds the whole year's credits at once. See pricing.
- You can cancel at any time from your account (Manage billing). The plan stops renewing at the end of the period you already paid for. You keep every credit already added, and plan credits never expire.
- Plan payments are not refundable, including the current period. Cancelling stops future payments only.
